General Information
This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by Mey Mélange, registered in Mexico City

If there’s anything unclear in these terms, we recommend you contact us before completing a purchase.
Orders
Our online store is generally open 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance usually performed overnight. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit or debit card to shop with us. If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve the purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in any of the following situations:
● Payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
● The order appears fraudulent or linked to illegal activity.
● A technical or pricing error occurred on the website.
All purchases must be made directly through our website; we cannot process orders via email or post.
Order Confirmation
Before submitting your order, you’ll have the opportunity to review and edit your information. Once you click “Buy and Pay”, your order becomes binding. You’ll then see an on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
Contract Language
All agreements are concluded in English or Spanish
Order Access
After completing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing all relevant details. We recommend saving this email for your records, as it may not be available on the website later
Prices & Delivery
All listed prices include VAT.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
Import duties and customs: Customers outside of Mexico are responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes upon delivery.
Prices are displayed in the local currency for your delivery country. You can change your country and currency using the selector at the bottom of our website.
Delivery
We currently ship to: WORLDWIDE
Deliveries are made Monday–Friday to the address or parcel shop specified at checkout.
Please note: once the package is received, responsibility transfers to you.
If your order includes multiple items, we may send them in separate shipments. You won’t be charged extra for divided deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress. If you encounter issues or haven’t received confirmation, please contact us.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact our customer service team right away.
You may choose to:
● Return the item for a full refund, including shipping costs.
● Request a replacement for the same item (subject to availability).
You won’t incur any return costs for defective or incorrect goods.
Updates to the Website
We do our best to keep all product details, pricing, and descriptions accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.
Force Majeure
Mey Mélange is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, technical failures).
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Mey Mélange regarding purchases made through our website.
