RETURNS 

Easy and secure returns At Mey Mélange you can request a return within 5 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. Return conditions Please read before sending your package back: We will not be able to accept your return if: 

•  The item is not in its original, unworn condition.
•  More than 5 days have passed since you received your order.
• The item is not properly protected or packaged. 
• The item has odors, makeup, perfume, or signs of use.
• The hangtags or labels have been removed or damaged.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and risks until the package reaches us.

EXCHANGES

Hassle-free size exchanges At Mey Mélange you may exchange your item for a different size of the same style within 5 days from the date your order was delivered. Exchange conditions Please read before sending: We will not be able to process an exchange if: 

• The item is not in perfect condition. 
• The 5-day period has expired.
• The item has odors, makeup, stains, or damage.
• The labels or hangtags were removed or damaged.
• The package is not properly protected.

Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size, and only if the requested size is in stock. If, when we receive your package, the requested size is not available, we will issue a refund for the corresponding amount instead. Important: include a note inside the package indicating the size you want to exchange for. To ensure fast and secure processing, we recommend using our returns portal. If you prefer to send your return another way, please contact us in advance. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent outside our system without prior confirmation.

Claims

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or you need to report an issue, please email us at hello@meymelange.com and attach clear photos of the item. Our team will review your case and let you know the next steps.
